Paddock Blade Canada Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 to process your order if you have ordered between Monday and Thursday. If you have ordered between Friday and Sunday please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within one hour of ordering to confirm your order. Expect an email within the same timeframe as above to let you know your order is on the way, this email will also contain your tracking number. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder in the first instance.

DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Delivery is available to all addresses throughout the United States and Canada. If the delivery option does not show up during checkout, please contact us via email at hello@paddockblade.com or call us at 469-482-0390 to arrange delivery to your address.

Orders placed before Midnight Sunday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed outside if these hours will be dispatched on the following Monday.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a real-time tracking information link.

SHIPPING PRICES

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours in line with the terms above, using our approved and insured delivery partners. Over 90% of Deliveries usually arrive within (1-3 days) however delivery times vary depending on your location. Your specific delivery time will be available inside your shipping confirmation email by clicking the real-time tracking link. Shipping is currently free of charge to Continental United States and Canada. Additional fees apply to contiguous and other offshore insular areas. For delivery to these areas please contact us prior to ordering to obtain a delivery price.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery has been received. The item must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, in its original condition, undamaged, and repackaged as it was delivered. We will refund the full order amount minus a restocking fee and shipping costs for the return. 


Please inspect your order on arrival before signing for it. If it is damaged in any way then please reject the order. In the event that damage is discovered after unpacking, please email us as soon as possible at hello@paddockblade.com with your order number and photos of 

the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will always work to find a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
